[HL2:DM] Christmas

Hi I have some ideas for a Christmas plugin.
Maybe someone could make a plugin out of it.
- Let the lamps in the map shine colorful.
- Put a christmas cap on each player at spawn.
this plugin is available for CSS but does not work for HL2:DM
