spinning trails for weapons and items

I would like to have my weapons that are on ground and items that are on ground have spinning trails that look like the picture i put on here. Would be great if someone could do this, Thank you so much for your time. I am a windows home server for half-life 2 deathmatch.

yes i went there and it says its not ready,,says it crashes server, i tryed it on my windows home server and it crashes it about 5 mins in game,,i tryed it 3 times same deal.

It's a recent topic and VinciT wrote he's currently working on it. He just gave a status update and also said that it shouldn't be used yet. So, there is no need to create another topic.
