Entity property change hook

I have read a lot of pages, but I don't understand one thing: How to hook property change?
I have proprty "m_bSpotted" (True/False), and I want to call "function_spotted" when this property changes. I have a lot of proprties, that change-hook is important to me, but I don't know how to do it.
